Built in 1918, the Pantages Theater is a restored vaudeville house hosting ballets, musicals, plays and concerts before a maximum audience of 1,272 guests. In 2018, a $21.8 million renovation was completed that included all new seating, seismic improvements, restoration of plaster and paintwork, sound and lighting upgrades, and ADA enhancements. It has a balcony as well as an orchestra pit.

The beaux-arts style Rialto Theater is another historic venue in downtown Tacoma, originally serving as an art-deco movie house. It has seating for 740 guests. The Rialto was thoroughly renovated in 1990 and is an intimate venue well-suited for plays and musicals.

The Theatre on the Square is an intimate, contemporary theater space appointed for plays, musicals, and theater entertainment. It has 302 seats, with full production capabilities including a rehearsal room and studio space.
