• Due to the film's rating, we strongly recommend that guests age 17 or under attend with a parent or guardian age 21 or older.

Bags will be allowed into the theater only after a bag search, which will take extra time and may slow ingress into the theater. We ask that you not bring any large bags.

While clear bags are not mandatory, we highly recommend them to expedite your entry.

Any outside food or drink will not be allowed inside.

We welcome fans to come dressed in their favorite Scream-inspired looks or any costume you love! Get ready to show off your creativity, because we’ll be holding a costume contest at the event with awesome prizes! We encourage all patrons to arrive in their best costumes and join in the fun.

Note: Props or costume accessories resembling weapons will not be permitted inside the venue.

Tacoma City Theaters is a fully cashless venue for all box office and concessions purchases. Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards are accepted at every point of sale.

Cash acceptance for merchandise varies by event and vendor. Please note that this information is not available in advance, so we recommend planning to pay with a cashless method. Going cashless allows us to speed up transactions, shorten lines, and minimize contact between guests and staff for a smoother, safer experience.

Venue Update for Pantages Ticket Holders

If you purchased tickets when this event was listed at the Pantages, please note that the show will now take place at the Rialto Theater, just up the street from the Pantages. 

All tickets from Pantages orders will be available for pickup at Will Call under the ticket purchaser’s name. Please bring a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name to receive your tickets.

• Your original Pantages tickets will not be accepted for entry.

• You may have received an email with PDF tickets. Please disregard that message.

• New digital tickets will not be issued, and mobile tickets will not scan.

Meet & Greet:

• All Meet & Greet passholders must pick up a wristband at the box office before the show.

• A photo ID matching the name of the original purchaser is required for pickup, so please bring it with you.

For Guests Who Purchased Tickets After the Move to the Rialto:

• Your mobile tickets are valid and can be scanned for entry as usual.

• If you haven’t purchased your event tickets yet: The Meet & Greet can be added directly at checkout when buying your Behind the Scream tickets through Ticketmaster.

• If you already have event tickets: You can still add the Meet & Greet by calling (253) 591-5894, emailing boxoffice@asmtacoma.com, or purchasing in person at the box office during business hours or on the night of the event.

The Meet & Greet will take place after the movie and Q&A have concluded. Please remain in your seat once the event ends and venue staff will provide instructions for where to go.
